DTSA is in the business of providing customised high-performance tester interface hardware to a broad range of semiconductor automated test equipment (ATE) and laboratory board customers, including numerous Fortune 500 companies. It is headquartered in Singapore and has global presence including in the United States of America, Philippines, People’s Republic of China, Europe and Taiwan. Pursuant to the Agreement, EDSS has been granted by DTSA the exclusive rights to represent DTSA to market, promote, distribute, sell, and to resell all of DTSA’s products in Taiwan.
